Izabel made a dramatic, though unintentional, splash into the fashion runway scene when her bikini top misaligned and fully exposed her breasts during her first fashion show in Brazil. Photos quick spread as did Izabel's composure and talent. Though her career started in Brazil, it is when Izabel moved to New York that her career started to fully blossom. Soon after, Izabel became one of the Victoria's Secret Angels. She landed a multi-year contract with the lingerie company and made her debut in the 2005 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. In addition to Victoria's Secret, she has also been in advertising campaigns for La Senza, Poko Pano, Valfrance, Express, Cori, Forum, Pollini, Pura Mania, and many others.
